This was kind of an unconventional wedding, and one that I’m a big fan of. Eve and Jon chose to do their portraits about a week before the wedding, as a sort of engagement/wedding shoot (see it here), leaving them to enjoy an intimate wedding with their family and Eve’s best friend. They recently bought a house and spent a lot of time leading up to the wedding renovating and making it look its best for their backyard ceremony and patio dinner. Their garden was spectacular and their table, topped with flowers from the garden, was lovely. They hired pros for some key elements (photos, hair, makeup, catering), so they could focus on the important part: celebrating their love and family.
