Megan and Joe wanted to do an engagement session at a place that had meaning to them. They recently moved to Victoria and walk their dogs a lot at Thetis Lake. We tried to do a session in December, but the weather was pretty terrible, so we ended up meeting up last Sunday instead. I’m glad we waited for a decent day, because we ended up spending around two hours hiking around and stopping for photos. The dogs were a bit hard to handle and photobombed a lot of photos, but we got a few with them actually looking at the camera. Calling their names didn’t work; it just made them run in my direction. I’m sure they’ll be very entertaining at the wedding.
We all had a lot of fun wandering around, getting some exercise climbing hills, and laughing about how silly posing for photos feels.
