I drove up to Cowichan Bay in December to meet Rebecca of Mrs. Jones Jams. Boy am I glad I did. She gave me some jam, and let’s just say that I need more – lots more.
We took some photos of her making raspberry jam in her shared commercial kitchen, all the way through to labeling jam jars at her home.
